We deliver all orders across Kuwait. Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days from the date of purchase. A flat shipping fee of KWD 2.000 applies to all orders. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details. We currently deliver to all areas within Kuwait only.
We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we want to make the return and refund process as simple and straightforward as possible.
Customers can return both defective and non-defective products within 14 days from the date of receiving the order. The 14-day return window begins from the day your order is delivered to your address. Products must be unused and in their original condition with all original labels and tags intact. Any product that shows signs of use, wear, or damage caused by the customer will not be accepted for return. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the return conditions are not complied with after inspection.
Please note that the following items are not eligible for return: products that have been used, opened, or damaged after delivery, products without original packaging, accessories, or tags, and products that were purchased during a final sale or clearance event.
Returning a product is easy. Simply follow the steps below:
A restocking fee of 20% of the product price will be deducted from the refund amount for all accepted returns. This fee covers the cost of inspecting, repackaging, and restocking the returned product. The restocking fee applies to all returns including both defective and non-defective products unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Once we receive your returned product, our team will inspect it within 1 to 2 business days to verify that it meets all return conditions. After the inspection is complete, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
We accept product exchanges within the 14-day return window. If you received a defective product or would like to exchange your item for a different model or variant, please contact us before sending anything back. The exchanged product must meet the same return conditions mentioned above including original packaging, unused condition, and all tags intact. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested exchange item is not available, a refund will be issued instead.
If you received a product that is damaged or defective upon delivery, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of receiving your order. Provide photos or a video of the damaged or defective product along with your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you after verifying the issue.
